Role of Functional Consultant
- A functional consultant is expected to understand about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complications.
- Every aspects configured is to be documented as per pre-defined templates.End user manuals and user training is to be provided
- Interaction with other modules consultants
- Update of the project to Project Manager A functional consultant has to interact with end users / stake-holders
- He has to be a good in communication, verbal as well as written, to interact effectively with the core team members, functional Heads, technical consultants, customers, and project Manager.
Role of Support Consultant
- Responsible for handling tickets / tasks / issues and application support to the end user.
- To understand, analyse and resolve issues
- Any enhancements required need to be fulfilled
- Interact with client/end user and update the status
- Training end-user as well as prepare end user manual
